First unveiled during Virgil Abloh’s Spring-Summer 2019 debut, the Louis Vuitton Trainer quickly became a staple of men’s luxury footwear. Drawing inspiration from vintage basketball sneakers, this 2022 iteration combines Monogram denim with grained calf leather embossed with the house’s signature pattern. The black-and-white colorway is elevated by contrast Monogram flowers on the rubber outsole and “LV” branding on the tongue, side, and heel.
